Watch out for a new class coming this summer!  Prenatal Nutrition and Fitness!

Your health matters so much, but it matters now more than ever!  Did you know that your health during pregnancy not only affects how you feel, but it can affect your baby down to the DNA level.  More importantly, being healthier can change not just how you feel, but how you look, your quality of life, even your own DNA!!

Many of us get overwhelmed during pregnancy being told what to eat and how to eat it.  We get advice on everything from prenatal supplements to exercise.  How do we consolidate all that knowledge into something REALLY useful?

Starting this summer, come to a short evening class where nutrition and wellness are put right at your fingertips!  We'll discuss nutrition basics, meal planning and recipes, practical steps toward being healthier, physical fitness, and helpful ways to deal with pregnancy "bummers" such as backache, heartburn, and fatigue!  Husbands/Partners are encouraged to come so that they can learn how to live healthy too (a discount will be available for couples).
