Holiday Class Schedule

Welcome to Instinctive Birthing! 

I'm thrilled to announce that my baby boy (FINALLY) made his debut on the 18th of October!  Since this was a full two weeks later than I'd expected him to come, I've taken a little extra time off from teaching.

The holidays are swiftly approaching and it's time to get your birth classes in before the New Year (or just before your baby gets here!)

There will be a modified class schedule based on the holidays.  The normal class schedule (2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month) will resume in January.

I am prepared to offer either of the following based on interest:
- A back to back Saturday weekends format (starting next weekend the 17th and running through the 22nd)
- or a two day Saturday and Sunday weekend marathon (which will alternate every other weekend)



Also, since work schedules are often odd during the holidays please remember that I offer private classes as well. You are more than welcome to join the public class on whatever days you are available, then schedule a private class for the session you will be missing.

Private classes usually run shorter and therefore can often be done during a long afternoon/evening.

COMING SOON!!

Watch out for a new class coming this summer!  Prenatal Nutrition and Fitness!

Your health matters so much, but it matters now more than ever!  Did you know that your health during pregnancy not only affects how you feel, but it can affect your baby down to the DNA level.  More importantly, being healthier can change not just how you feel, but how you look, your quality of life, even your own DNA!!

Many of us get overwhelmed during pregnancy being told what to eat and how to eat it.  We get advice on everything from prenatal supplements to exercise.  How do we consolidate all that knowledge into something REALLY useful?

Starting this summer, come to a short evening class where nutrition and wellness are put right at your fingertips!  We'll discuss nutrition basics, meal planning and recipes, practical steps toward being healthier, physical fitness, and helpful ways to deal with pregnancy "bummers" such as backache, heartburn, and fatigue!  Husbands/Partners are encouraged to come so that they can learn how to live healthy too (a discount will be available for couples).
